First, who we are
The Living Council is an Australian membership community.
Our members learn their legal rights. They learn how the things they own, like their home, their business and their savings, are actually held. And they learn how to set up and run their own structures to protect their family.
A structure is simply a legal way of holding what you own, like a private association or a trust. Most people have never been told they have options. Our members find out, step by step.
They're parents, tradies, small business owners and families. People who sensed the official way of doing life didn't quite add up, and went looking for answers. They want clarity, not a fight.
We teach, and we walk beside people while they do it themselves. We're the fence at the top of the cliff, not the ambulance at the bottom.

Ambassadors get the full membership free. You learn as you go, and your audience comes along with you.
You don't need to be an expert, and you're never asked to explain any of it. People follow a journey far more readily than they follow an expert. "I've just found this, come with me" is all it takes.

No. Posting isn't a requirement. Share TLC however suits you and your audience: a post, a story, a live, a podcast mention, a talk, or one to one with the people who'd get the most from it. Your link is what we count, so keep it with you wherever you go.
No. Plenty of our ambassadors start with nothing set up at all. If you'd like one later, pick the credit option and the members you bring help pay for it. Our builds are among the most affordable in Australia, so it adds up quickly.
No. Your membership is free while you're active, and if it pauses, nothing is charged.
Every Wednesday, for every member who's paid their second month since the last one. Straight to your bank account. We prepare the statement for you.
